Registration


ACCOMMODATION: There are 4 hectares of space for tents if you wish, and also 12 caravan points, 6 old types, 6 new. You are welcome to bring a BBQ. We must restrict the numbers using bunks to 72 and the total to 96 so be quick with your applications.

SATURDAY EVENING MEAL: Bring food for all meals and a dish for a pot-luck dinner on Saturday evening.  Stardate will supply vegetables and salads.  The type of dish should be based on the first letter of your surname:
  • Surname begins with A-K           Dessert
  • Surname begins with L-Z            Mains
NOTE: Bring pillows, sleeping bags, towels, warm clothes, eating utensils and food. And don't forget your observing equipment.

CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE:
People attending STARDATE 2013 do so entirely at their own risk. Neither the organisers nor the owners of the complex will accept any liability for injury or accidents.  NO alcohol, drugs firearms or animals on site.

REGISTRATION FEES: $15 per night per person from school age on and free per child under 5 years. The is no charge for a caravan point.
After the refund cut-off date, 1 February 2013, there will be no refunds for cancellations. You can register after this date, however.
